@FlyFrontier we need to speak ASAP! The way my folks were just treating is unacceptable. How and why would yall treat a person with an Emotional Support Animal this way! We tried calling customer service and no help someone needs to contact me. #neverflyfrontier

This @FlyFrontier is the worst airline is the US. They cancel flights in the AM, email you about the cancellation then fly out original time. Oh, and tell you that you were a no show. Customer service hangs up on your 4+ times.

@FlyFrontier when 1/2 your passengers miss a flight due to long lines and insufficient staffing, despite arriving 2+ hours before domestic departure, maybe the problem is your process. Or, itโs a purposeful way to grab even more cash.

@tronisbad I have only ever had terrible experiences with frontier. They nickel and dime for everything, the flights are cram packed and uncomfortable. Their customer service is awful and unhelpful. Especially when they cancel your flights. #NeverFlyFrontier
