Yesterday, the members of our cycling group had the opportunity to visit The @the_loadingbay They had an amazing and fun time exploring and developing their confidence and ability to handle BMX bicycles. Well done guys! Thank you @ngha_community & Rock Up& Ride Project for the op
We are so overwhelmed with the amount of support from the general public who have donated bikes to us. Thank you to everyone or your generosity and support, these bikes will support families that are struggling this year, for Christmas.

We made the short journey to Springburn in the North of Glasgow, to check out how the latest #RockUpandRide project site led by NG Homes is progressing.
The @transcotland -funded project sees free bikes and coaching sessions delivered to communities.
More FREE bikes distributed to community yesterday via Active Travel hub.
These individuals are part of our led rides with @ScottishCycling & will use their refurb'ed bikes to gain more confidence in between rides, as well as improving their physical & mental health!
