They worked without sleep, pulling civilians from the rubble and rescuing the very region that now points weapons at them. Our soldiers do not ask for VIP treatment; they only ask to do their duty and survive the gauntlet of the valley. To risk the lives of an entire convoy for a DC's right-of-way, and then criminalize the Army for reacting to a cocked weapon, is an unforgivable insult to the men who bleed to keep Kishtwar safe.
