Today's very good news story. These two beauties had their case heard at court today. Lola and Ralph were seized on the 3rd January this year as suspected pitbull types. They had both been assessed by the police expert who said they both met the criteria. Independent expert Orion Dog Services, Mike Barnett went to assess them and after his very detailed assessment he found neither dog met the criteria. The case was heard today and evidence given by both experts for the courts to make their decision. We are very happy to announce that the courts agreed with the independent experts findings which means both dogs now have to be returned as not banned breeds. Lola and Ralph will now be returned very soon. And we wish them and their lovely family all the very best for the future. Many thanks to today's solicitor Ian and Mike Barnet for his assessment.
