I was a victim of SIM swap fraud, left with no service for nearly 2 weeks, and told all costs would be covered.
Now they’ve got the cheek to text me saying I owe £145 this month.

@O2 It happens everywhere. @AppleSupport and @O2 both publicly acknowledged the #techfail. Restarting the #XR takes once or twice to restore signal. Repeat 10 times a day. Mind bogglingly absurd and I still have to pay device and monthly fees.
