Shitty experience travelling by Ola from Delhi airport to home...rude driver, stranded at a CNG pump at 2.30 am and even worse it takes more than 20 mins to reach the customer care..and what do you hear, a sleepy voice saying .. we will take action in the morning #Ola #Olacabs

0. That's the number of cabs available on #Olacabs app every morning, esp during rains. @Olacabs why cheat users by showing no rides unless they add extra tips upto Rs. 100 extra??!! Stop claiming your service are the fastest or the best cos it's neither. It's a failure.

@abhishek There is a reason people are still using gpay mainly because of Google, and also have transparency, that companies like #PhonePe don't have and also companies like #Olacabs and #Flipkart struggle with ! Poor customer service and poor service standards.

FROM OUTRAGE TO DELIGHT, #OLACABS DID IT. I was overcharged for an #Ola cab ride last month. Disappointed, I sent them a mail to take action. I was surprised they offered to refund the excess I paid, well within the timeline. Thank you @Ola_Hyderabad @Olacabs

I think #Ola didn’t realise that while it’s very easy to hide shortcomings of #OlaCabs because of its digital only footprint, it would be difficult to hide the same for #OlaElectric. It’s amazing that a company like this was able to go public. Just goes to show the power of money.

Hey @Olacabs @bhash, today’s intercity cab ride: when we asked to turn on the AC, the driver threatened us. Halfway, he parked the car aside and demanded we get down and pay whatever amount showed on the meter. Since it’s hard to get another cab mid-intercity, we continued. He drove rashly and furiously, initially refused UPI payment and demanded cash, saying Ola pays less so we must pay as per the government rate card. Imagine foreigners experiencing this. Total sloppy business. Sharing CRN for reference. I won’t dare book Ola again.
