Following a call from a member of public. Officers stopped a vehicle on the M40 nr Banbury who had been seen inhaling from a balloon whilst driving. Officers located 52 large Nitrous Oxide cannisters within the vehicle. Driver was arrested. #Opholly #Oxoncshift #P5739 #P4245
