#OwnThoughts 16/2026! In Uganda, media houses lack "employment co-operation" There are always 3 camps; 1. Those who align with the management 2. Those who don't align with management 3. Those who choose non alignment at all ( positively neutral) With group one, it is about using and dumping you, should you change the dance. The second group is despised-any simple mistakes are considered own goals. Office files have tens of your apologies andd these make you panic always. The Non alignment group is the most vulnerable to job loss, because theother groups are always open to them but ever suspicious about their silence. This makes their stay at job, so pessimistic all the time! "Their departure is the most regreatable as time goes on. Their impact is seen as they are gone or dead" Unfortunately, none will tell you this. #HumanRightsForAll #HumanTortureIsEvil

#OwnThoughts 004/2026! One day, I visited a certain office, looking for a job. Receptionists told, that helping me to see the boss required a minimum payment of Ugx.40,000=. I varnished because I had only Ugx. 5,000= plus Ugx. 2,000=, which my friend had given me to buy him kikomando for lunch...😓. Isn't it a sad reality! #EndUnemployment

We are at a set, where you only look important to the king, when you actually dance like him. Whoever draws a different version of dance ends in trouma and must lose his daily share of the national cake.
