Brave young people with PANS and PANDAS spoke to MPs about their struggles. Thousands of children suffer from the conditions that can come on suddenly after illnesses like colds or tonsillitis. Symptoms include:

• Extreme anxiety
Would a neurologist diagnose FND (after 5 days in hospital) if his own child was struggling to walk?
Or would he wait? Wait until all test results were back, wait until all root causes have been investigated?
