#CKD Stage 5 patient with preemptive creation of #Ellipsys #endoAVF #pAVF - 5 years ago. 2 re-interventions (last one 2 years ago for local thrombosis). Still CKD! 😳 So much for predicting dialysis dependency. At least it looks fantastic, doesn’t it? 😎🤫 #VascularAccessCenter

We all basically know we need good vessel preparation prior to DCB in #AVF. But do we need to perform a #POBA prior to #DCB, if we use a hpDCB? 🤷🏻‍♂️. High grade JAS perf in #endoAVF #pAVF, treated by 6mm Aperto hpDCB 20ATM only - with beautiful result. Longer term to be evaluated

Inflow/outflow balance is what we need in Vascular Access. Here, a 89 y/o #ESKD patient with 4 y/o #Ellipsys #pAVF, and a 35 y/o one with a small brachial artery based #Gracz #AVF (+lipectomy). Moderate (luckily) controlled flow with no relevant aneurysms and problems. #flow #Qa
