A5: With my Ss, I use the KISS rule and Bitmojis so that once they see my courses and groups the Ss will understand how to navigate. #SchoologyChat #PSAmbassadors

A5: Often I get asked for the best way to organize. I say to pick a way and stick with it. Consistency is what is going to help students find their materials. #schoologychat #PSAmbassadors #PSChampions @MyPowerSchool

A5: Groups can be organized by content strands/ specific standards- folders can easily be labeled incl. descriptions. Courses allow for model course builds for Ts to emulate or spark ideas on builds incl. grade set up & due dates. #SchoologyChat #PSAmbassadors @MyPowerSchool

A5: I do a lot with visual organization & hyperlinked icons in course. Folder structure is consistent from unit to unit. In groups that is more limited and while you can't pin announcements you can add folder images. #SchoologyChat #PSAmbassadors #PSChampions

A4: I’m “Team Courses” all day. I like dragging items to organize them vs click to move- plus I can build my sandbox course to resemble an actual course. I can set my sandbox courses to “never expire” too! #SchoologyChat #PSAmbassadors #PSChampions

A4: Groups allow Ts to share materials. Courses allow Ts & instruc. coaches to build materials together. We do not use Groups w/ Ss on a frequent basis. #SchoologyChat #PSAmbassadors @MyPowerSchool

A4: Groups are fantastic for reusing year after year. Our courses all get archived at the end of the year. If the members are not changing, groups make sense. Courses are perfect for submissions and providing feedback to students. #schoologychat #PSAmbassadors #PSChampions

A4: Groups are great for general sharing materials and storing items from year to year. Courses are the only place where you can do formal assessments and there is so much you can to with visuals & pages. #SchoologyChat #PSAmbassadors #PSChampions
