Respected PM Shri @narendramodi Sir @PMOIndia Honorable @rashtrapatibhvn President of India please do the justice Sir 🙏 भ्रष्टाचार में शामिल नहीं होने पर मुझे SF-5 CHARGESHEET दिया गया, चोरों/ भ्रष्टाचारियों का पैरवी #SDGM/CVO Vigilance @WesternRly करती है. @WesternRly #PCMM , Shri Vedpal DyCMM Dahod and #CVO_vigilance have lost their ethics, morality, application of Mind and are violating #Constitution_Of_India and @RailMinIndia own written Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in Store Code Volume 2 Chapter XXIV that in Sold Scrap delivery - Material only sold as per Delivery Sale order description should be delivered to the purchaser; and the material delivery should be verified by #Stock_Verifier , #Custodian , @RPF_INDIA RPF Personal and should be supervised by #Depot_Officer and should be given and followed for one Truck/Vehicle loading Delivery. But on 22.01.2025 Depot Officer of Pratapnagar Scrap Depot, Vadodara Gujarat.. Shri Mukesh Kusumakar AMM Pratapnagar under Supervision of Shri Rajat Jain DyCMM Pratapnagar given delivery of 03 Number Sold Lot , in #05_Trucks simultaneously and just for 01 Truck staff were available to give Delivery of Lot No. 622501015 as per @RailMinIndia own #Rules mentioned in Store Code Volume 2 Chapter XXIV. Rest 04 Trucks should have 3 staff for each trucks... All rules where #bypassed by Shri Mukesh Kusumakar AMM , and all the three witnessing Official - Custodian Kumari Hemangi Suryavanshi CDMS Ferrous, Shri Ram Babu Sharma SIPF RPF and Shri Rajesh K Khanna Senior Stock Verifier.. In this way Shri Mukesh Kusumakar AMM supervision and instructions were #beneficial for the M/s Jay Ambe Scrap Traders Vadodara and material Stainless steel wagon doors which were not part of the sold Lot description was delivered #bringing #Revenue_Loss to @RailMinIndia .. and this sold Lots delivery Two Trucks was caught by Makarpura Police Station Vadodara under @GujaratPolice This all illegal delivery records was in CCTV CAMERA recording but CCTV RECORDING has been destroyed by #Stores_Officers and #Vigilance_Officers Collusion.. Resptd PM Shri @narendramodi Sir @PMOIndia Honorable President of @rashtrapatibhvn India Office please read my prayer 🙏 which I have #uploaded my case in brief where I have been framed by Vigilance with a bigger Conspiracy bypassing all rules and #destroying #EVIDENCE, and also my petition send to Respected PM Sir and Honorable President Madam office to @QUASH my False Fabricated Chargesheet given by Vigilance and Stores officers of @WesternRly but the same has been the sent to the same Officers to the #PCMM Shri Ashish Verma @WesternRly and his Subordinates Officers Shri Ravinder Bhakar CMM ADM , Shri Vedpal DyCMM - who are involved in my mental torture, Harassment and victimisation for not supporting and becoming Part of their #Corruption_Racket when I was working under Shri Atul Sharma Ex-SrDMM ( Caught by CBI on 30.11.23 at @WesternRly HQ MUMBAI)Vadodara Division , Shri Rajat Jain DyCMM and Shri Mukesh Kusumakar AMM Pratapnagar Vadodara, And now in 65 MT Ferrous Scrap sold Lot Scrap Scam as Published in local newspaper. These Officers alongwith #Vigilance are hardcore liars and experts in doing CONSPIRACY manipulating facts and telling lies , hence my humble #PRAYER that please do my case independent examination and investigation by @CVCIndia Or @CBIHeadquarters only. Thus I have apprehension that no justice will be done by STORES OFFICERS and Vigilance Officers. They are harassing me in such a way that I feel doing #SUICIDE . These Officers are openly Violating Rules , doing #Misconduct , doing CONSPIRACY against me but still no action against them. The @WesternRly Vigilance Officers DyCVO Vigilance Stores and Shri Sachin Wasnik Chief Vigilance Inspector working under SDGM/CVO have done a big Conspiracy in collaboration of Stores Officers Shri Vedpal DyCMM Dahod who is also a former DyCVO Vigilance Stores working under PCMM @WesternRly under Resptd RM Shri @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir of @RailMinIndia . The certain Vigilance Officers DyCVO, Shri Sachin Wasnik CVI,and the Stores Officers have started a false and fake fabricated Disciplinary Action Proceedings against me .
