Habits are the hardest behaviors to change. That's why concerns surrounding changes to #preoptesting practices are so common. Together, using evidence-based, data-driven recommendations, we can increase the rate of patients receiving the appropriate amount of preop testing.

Of 34 pre-symptomatic patients from Wuhan who underwent surgery, 15 in ICU, 7 died. Patient selection bias in a retrospective study? Or increased risk from general anesthesia/intubation? #PreopTesting
