#Europe: Probability of Transitioning from #Renter to #Owner by Financial Strength and by Urbanization
The entire post-pandemic uptick in transition probability is driven by financially secure households. For financially vulnerable renters, the chance of becoming an owner is now less than half what it was pre-GFC — homeownership is "close to out of reach" for this group.
The drop in ownership transition probability was proportionally worse in cities and has been slower to recover there; the rural/outside-city rebound is attributed possibly to pandemic-driven demand for more space and remote work enabling relocation out of cities.
Declining affordability is not only raising current housing-cost burdens. It is also closing the main route into wealth accumulation for renters, especially low-buffer urban households, which widens the owner–renter income and wealth gap

Bundestag stürmen oder einfach schnell aus der Gesellschaft ausscheiden, um das System schneller wieder finanzierbar zu machen.
Ich bin für beide Lösungswege offen. Also los geht es ihr lieben Rentner, baut meine Zukunft zu was Gutem, wie ihr es immer gewollt habt und mit Wahlen nicht geschafft habt!

If you cooperate with the @UN as a witness of #humanrightsabuses, you face the risk of #retaliation by those you reported, which as a #London #renter is my case with a no fault Section 21 #eviction notice served as a last chance before the Renters Right Act was introduced to ban them. The #legal system is being abused to harass me out of the #property as #Akelius Residential is pursuing eviction despite so much expired and invalid paperwork, as the Court does not even think they have established right to possession. During the February Court hearing, they did not comply with the judge’s various instructions to defend their claim and use the legal system properly.

It was my right to peaceful enjoyment of the property, and they were abusing it and abusing the human right to #housing to push tenants out through disruptive renovation since it is easier and faster than the legal route of eviction, so they could renovate flats to charge higher rents.
Since the #UN reports were published, I had numerous disrepair issues with multiple ongoing heating and water outages, but not #neighbours living in the expensive #renovated flats. It was enough to demonstrate a chronic problem that was not being addressed properly. When I complained about specific problems that happened during the days when Akelius turned the property into a construction site, the problems would continue to happen and get worse. After the UN reports, the same thing was happening with the constant heating and water outages I had.
My #neighbours living in property during the construction site days but not involved in the UN reports, did not receive an eviction notice. The same Akelius staff involved in the property and numerous complaints since the construction site days are the same ones involved in my eviction which shows they have a grudge.
Akelius in their public response said there are “no concrete cases and no facts” in the UN reports, so as evidence I have uploaded more photos when they turned my property into a construction site.
