@melissasavenko AGAIN, there is NOT a law that says that buyers must sign anything at all. It is NAR in collusion with MLS (using local MLS as their enforcer) that is trying to force buyers to sign buyer agreements by making private rules about restricting showings. I think MLS should be sued!!

@jaboch Changing the basic fee structure of an entire industry would take years and cost millions.
Plus, many lawyers charge by the billable hour and their clients complain just as much that the fees are too high.
If one broker goes there and has success, we pay have some proof.
