Before my sister went missing he told me the tribe has his back, he could afford the best lawyer in town because the tribe pays for it. What happened in December 2023 is attempted murder!! He tried to kill her..
Once my sister made the report, he did not want to face jail time and so to avoid this he had to make my sister "disappear." Now my sister is missing. SHASTA COUNTY WAKE UP!!! How are we letting people like this off. I get it, it's the defenders job to defend someone BUT how do you defenders sleep at night knowing that you just let people like this back out in the community? It is not long before he will try and hurt someone else again. That somebody could be your aunt/ uncle children, sister, grandma grandpa mom dad. How do you go about every day knowing that you need high end security systems, the "best private schools" for your children to be extra safe, always looking over your shoulders, all because of you, you put the bad people back out on the streets.
I would NEVER wish this upon anyone, not even my worst enemy but you defenders, put yourself in my shoes, I DOUBLE DOG DARE YOU. So what does this mean for all the victims and future generations? It means that it's ok to beat the hell out of someone basically almost kill them but it's cool go ahead, go be free, here's your hall pass. Go beat another person up, "be a good boy now, little johnny" and go won't go to jail.
