I never really spoke about the context of my work. While #Riftbranded is a more combat focused game we still want a lot of freedom of movement for the player like in Cloudbuilt. So what I am trying to do enable just that by giving the needed material for the level generation.

Unlike Cloudbuilt, #Riftbranded will feature human enemies, capable of navigating the whole map and make tactical decisions. Will show more of that at a alter time. https://t.co/TEpqCUFFM3

So, as a level designer, what can I do when trying to design the player experience of moving about between objects when it is all procedurally generated? Not as much! But what I can do is invite chaos and try to revel in it, using more complex building shapes! #Riftbranded

I sadly don't have as much to show visually as my colleagues of the work on #Riftbranded but I can definitely talk about it. I finished up work recently on designing a system which will be used to link together "nodes", in a vague term of speaking, to make abilities. 1/2

So, we've been working on our next game #Riftbranded for a while now. Pretty excited about this one. Though I am not as involved as a level designer on this project I get to try out a lot of other things to work with. Working instead on designing our system for player abilities.
