Have your own.
What I follow if I have 10L account value, my single position shall not cross 1-2% strictly when its about #OptionBuying. So my max risk become 10-20k.
On top of that if I have 50% even sl hardly 0.5-1% of my total account value in stake. But mentally I am always prepared that if 1-2% goes in one study that shall not impact my mind to analyse next study.
Can frame some rule for yourself. Not an advice.

#Rule: The validity of a matter is determined by its basis.
(The continuity of the transfer and the validity of its effects are based on the validity of the basis of the transaction or the basis of its execution, which is the foreign exchange contract. If the basis of the exchange fulfils the condition of simultaneous exchange, the continuity of the transfer is established; but if the basis is flawed, that upon which it is based is also flawed).
#Rule: Whatever consensus has established as having an effect on the ruling and rendering it obligatory is accepted.
(Simultaneous exchange in foreign exchange transactions is one of the rulings on which there is scholarly consensus; and since consensus has established that simultaneous exchange has an effect on the ruling, this effect necessitates its preservation in modern banking practices, including foreign currency transfers).
#Rule: A ruling established on the basis of a condition comprising two elements is only valid when both elements are present.
(In currency exchange, the exchange of cash for cash and the actual receipt of the currency are required; therefore, the ruling on the validity of the transaction necessitates the concurrence of both elements. If the exchange takes place without receipt, the full ruling on a valid exchange is not established).
#Rule: A ruling based on a condition comprising two elements ceases to apply if one of the elements is absent.
(If delivery is absent whilst the exchange of currencies takes place, the legal ruling pertaining to a valid exchange transaction is negated; the absence of one of the elements necessitates the absence of the ruling).
#Rule: That which is a condition, its absence is an impediment.
(Receipt is a condition of exchange, and as it is a condition, its absence must be an impediment to the validity of the transaction; therefore, the bank may not complete the transfer before the lawful receipt of the exchanged currency has taken place).
#Rule: That which is a means to an obligation is itself an obligation.
(Mutual receipt is obligatory in exchange; and since carrying out the exchange prior to the transfer is a necessary means to fulfil this obligation, this means takes on the ruling of the intended act; thus, the temporal precedence of the exchange over the transfer is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation).
#Rule: Custom is only to be considered if it does not contradict the text.
(It has been the custom of some institutions to execute the transfer and then complete the exchange procedures later; however, this custom is not to be relied upon if it conflicts with the condition of simultaneous exchange stipulated in the exchange contract, as the conflict between custom and the text necessitates the invalidation of the custom and its disregard).
#Rule: A contract is rendered void by anything that invalidates it from the outset.
(If the nature of the transaction involves, from the outset, a delay in the delivery required by the terms of the exchange, then the legal impediment exists from the moment the contract is entered into; and the existence of this impediment necessitates the invalidity of the arrangement that contravenes the requirements of the exchange).
#Rule: A command to do something implies a prohibition against its opposite.
(The legal requirement for simultaneous exchange in currency exchange necessitates the prohibition of anything that leads to a delay, including the execution of the transfer before receipt has taken place).
#Rule: A prohibition on something implies a command to do the opposite.
(Since a delay in receipt is prohibited in currency exchange, this prohibition necessitates the command to effect receipt immediately; it follows that the exchange must be completed first, followed immediately by the transfer).
#Issue_The_bank_must_exchange_the
_currency before transferring it to a foreign currency account, as currencies are treated in the same way as gold and silver in that immediate exchange is required when they are sold.
#Rule: The implication of an obligation is conclusive.
(Sharia texts require simultaneous exchange in the sale of different currencies, and lawful receipt in contemporary banking practices is only achieved after the exchange contract has been concluded and the amount credited to the account; therefore, the requirement for simultaneous exchange necessitates that the exchange contract precede the transfer, as the transfer cannot produce its legal effect until the foreign currency is in the customer’s possession; hence, requirement of simultaneous exchange is that the exchange must take place first).
#Rule: The implication of the text functions as the text itself.
(If the texts indicate that simultaneous exchange is a condition of exchange, then the sequence of banking procedures implied by this condition is governed by the text; thus, the condition of simultaneous exchange necessitates that the transfer take place after the exchange, not before it, because carrying out the transfer leads to a delay in the receipt that is legally valid).
#Rule: Equivalence and parity in absolute contracts are required of the contracting parties.
(The contracting parties in the exchange intend the direct transfer of ownership of the first currency in exchange for the second currency, and this intention necessitates the realisation of contractual equivalence and parity at the time of the transfer of the two currencies; this is only achieved if the bank first completes the exchange and then transfers the exchanged currency).
#Rule: The accessory is not subject to a separate ruling.
(A bank transfer is not intended in and of itself, but rather is ancillary to the exchange contract; the exchange contract is the principal, and the transfer is a branch built upon it. If the principal requires immediate exchange, then the accessory must proceed in accordance with the principal; therefore, it is not permissible to execute the transfer before the effects of the exchange have been realised).
#Rule: Whatever is equivalent in meaning to something is subject to the same ruling.
(Paper currency serves the same purpose as gold and silver in terms of its intrinsic value; and since it is equivalent to them in terms of its function as currency, this necessitates that it be subject to the same rules of exchange as those applicable to gold and silver. Therefore, the requirement for physical delivery in the case of gold and silver also applies to modern currency).
#Principle: Physical delivery in exchange is considered necessary for the validity and continuation of the transaction, not for its formation or establishment.
(An exchange contract may be concluded merely by offer and acceptance, but its legal validity depends on delivery; the mere existence of the contract without delivery is insufficient. Therefore, the validity of the exchange contract requires that delivery take place before its effect is transferred to the bank transfer).
#Rule: Legitimate causes are only considered for their legal consequences.
(The exchange contract is a legitimate cause for the transfer of ownership of foreign currency, and for this cause to be considered legitimate, its legal consequence must be fulfilled, namely the occurrence of valid delivery; if delivery is not effected, the intended legal consequences of the legitimate cause do not arise in the correct manner).

#Rule: A means to a permissible end is permissible.
(A money transfer is a means to achieve a permissible end, such as settling debts, sending money or fulfilling obligations; and the permissibility of the end necessitates the permissibility of the means leading to it in principle. It follows from the permissibility of the means that it is permissible to charge a fee for carrying it out if it requires work and execution, etc.).
#Principle: A money order is based on transfer and remittance.
(The essence of a money order lies in the transfer of a right or money from one party to another; this description necessitates the existence of an executive and procedural act to effect the transfer, and the existence of this act necessitates that it be subject to a fee, as the charges relate to the process of transfer and remittance, not to the money being transferred itself).
#Rule: If a party has fulfilled its obligations, it is entitled to the consideration agreed upon.
(If the transferring party has carried out the transfer in accordance with its commitment and delivered the funds to the designated recipient, it has fulfilled its obligations; and the performance of the work entails entitlement to the agreed consideration; therefore, entitlement to the fees is a necessary condition for the completion of the contracted service).
#Rule: Occurrence is evidence of permissibility.
(The repeated occurrence of the collection of transfer fees in contemporary commercial financial transactions, coupled with the general approval of Sharia bodies and committees when the conditions are met, is an indication of permissibility; however, this does not imply absolute permissibility in every instance. It may be said that what is required by the rule is to rely on occurrence to establish the principle, not to justify instances involving usury or legal violations).
#Rule: It is not denied that rulings change with the passage of time, differences in place and customs.
(Modern means of transfer did not previously exist in this form; therefore, the introduction of fees for new electronic services is not prohibited in Sharia provided they remain in accordance with Sharia regulations).
#Rule: Hardship brings about ease.
(Contemporary transfers require systems and procedures, and the permissibility of charging fees achieves ease and removes hardship).
#Rule: The dependent element is not treated as a separate ruling.
(Transfer fees are dependent on the service contract).
#Rule: Analogy is a source of evidence.
(Analogy with other transactions shows that fees for agency, transport, safekeeping, etc. are permissible, and this necessitates including transfer services within this category).
#From_the_Decisions_of_the_Shari’ah_Committee
#There_is_no_objection_to_charging_fees_for money transfers, as this is a service for which it is permissible to receive payment.
#Rule: Considering the consequences of actions is a legitimate legal consideration.
(Thus, consideration is not limited to the form of the fees at the time of their establishment, but extends to their consequences and outcomes. If the fees enable people to transfer their funds safely, quickly and in an organised manner, then this legitimate outcome reinforces the permissibility; conversely, if the fees effectively amount to an increase on a loan or a circumvention of usury, then this outcome necessitates prohibition; the ruling is determined by the outcome of the transaction, not merely by its outward appearance).
#Rule: Remuneration in return for benefit.
(The benefit realised in the transfer is the execution of the financial transfer and the delivery of the money to the beneficiary; the realisation of this benefit necessitates the entitlement to remuneration, for remuneration is inherent to the benefit realised. Thus, whenever the benefit of the transfer is realised, the entitlement to the corresponding fees is realised, provided the benefit is lawful and intended).
#Rule: It is generally permissible to charge a fee for a service.
(A money transfer is a service provided to the customer, and as it is a service, it is generally permissible to charge a fee for it. The fees here are not in return for the transferred money itself, but rather for the performance of the service; and for the charging of a fee to be permissible in general, the transaction must be characterised as a service).
#Rule: A permissible benefit is compensated by a fee.
(The money transfer service is a benefit that is permissible under Islamic law; indeed, people require it in their transactions. The permissibility of the benefit necessitates that compensation for it is permissible. Just as the benefit in a lease entitles the lessor to a fee, so too does the benefit of the transfer entitle the provider to financial compensation, provided it is known and lawful).
#Rule: Customary practice is equivalent to a contractual term.
(It is customary in the banking sector for transfer services to be subject to specified fees; this established custom necessitates that such fees be regarded as an implied part of the contractual relationship. Even if certain details are not specified, the custom takes the place of a contractual term, and the stability of the custom requires that established practice be taken into account in interpreting the contract).
#Rule: A custom apparent among people is evidence.
(The widespread practice of charging transfer fees between banks, financial institutions and the public indicates an established and apparent custom; and regarding this custom as evidence necessitates that it be taken into account in characterising the fees as a service charge rather than an increase in the amount of money; however, this requirement remains valid so long as the custom does not conflict with any textual or legal principle).
#Rule: The basic principle is that it is permissible to charge a fee on a proportional basis.
(It may be said that if the fees are set at a known and declared percentage from the outset of the contract, the basic principle is that this is permissible; the fact that the fee is proportional does not in itself necessitate prohibition, but rather what matters is the existence of a corresponding benefit. A corollary of this principle is that the fee remains permissible as long as it is linked to the service and not to a loan or a term).
