@DefiantLs See, that's not quite right, @billmaher. The #SCOVA didn't say Virginia Democrats can't gerrymander. It said, stay with me here, it said "you can't do it illegally and unconstitutionally". That context matters.

@ProfMJCleveland They missed prevailing by ONE vote. That is f'n scary. THREE #SCOVA judges were perfectly fine with subverting their own constitution in furtherance of their Leftist ideology. THAT should scare the crap out of everyone, because judges like that are everywhere.

Democrats in Virginia ignored the state constitution and tried to ram this through without meeting ALL of the conditions and procedures required to pass their "temporary" redistricting. #SCOVA saw this and ruled it unconstitutional. Had they followed all of the requirements, it would have held up to legal scrutiny. Louise Lucas pushed this too fast, and ignored the requirements. Democrats are pointing their outrage in the wrong direction here. They know it. But they want to make this into a gaslighting effort to blame Trump and as a reason to dilute courts with their own activist judges.

But BARELY. What does it say about the 3 #SCOVA judges who voted to uphold the plan?? It says that the Left is about as corrupt as you can imagine. There is NO rationale whatsoever for it not to have been a 7-0 decision. I mean, the braindead dissent said that election day DOESN'T include early voting ballots!

@gmoomaw Hell, contrary to THREE of the seven judges on the #SCOVA, FFS! The dissent actually says that an election is ONLY "election day" and doesn't include ballots cast prior to "election day". The Left is so fucking corrupt it's not survivable.
