Today I walked for 1.5 hrs (brief stop for a pint after an hour 🙂 ) and litterpicked, collecting 1 full bag. Found 3 pint glasses & a wooden spoon deep in the bushes & returned them to the local pub.

I actually averaged 13,000 steps per day on Mon/Tues for work, but as I wasn’t wearing my Trussell Trust shirt I wasn’t spreading awareness so not counting them 😊

Day 25 of #StepupSeptember and I walked to the cathedral. The nearby streets bustled with shoppers, but in the precincts & cloisters there was quiet & peace. A woman wearing a steward badge passed me, smiled & said hello. It's a friendly place.
