The assets acquired yield 6.9% , too little to be safely financed with debt
Hence the large equity
There doesn't seem to be a quoted Offer Price for the #SUPR Placing and Retail Offer but I assume if we don't partake then our holdings will be diluted a bit. I don't really want to use my spare cash for this, so it's not ideal.
