BREAKING: YES! A federal judge drops the HAMMER on Trump and orders him to be deposed for his $10 billion lawsuit against the BBC over alleged defamation. This is the LAST thing in the world he wants... U.S. Magistrate Judge Enjoliqué Lett has ruled that Trump must be deposed by the BBC's attorneys — which, it should be noted, are some of the best-paid, most incisive, ruthless lawyers in the business — by December 11th. Given Trump's worsening dementia and pathological penchant for lying, it's safe to presume that they will tear him apart. If Trump refuses to be deposed by the deadline, he risks forfeiting the entire lawsuit. He was originally supposed to sit for the deposition on October 16th, but his attorneys informed the BBC that he was "no longer available" because he had to tend "other matters of national importance." Translation: He was scared. The suit in question revolves around patently absurd allegations of defamation stemming from the editing of a documentary about Trump's fascist efforts to overturn the 2020 election after he lost to Joe Biden. The case is clearly meritless, but Trump was hoping to use the powers of the presidency to harass and intimidate the BBC into agreeing to a settlement, like he has with other outlets. Thankfully, they're standing firm. Please ❤️ and share if you stand with the BBC!

This is a baby killed in a baby stroller by russian monsters in broad daylight‼️ Russia struck the central park in Nova Vodolaha, Kharkiv region, with a jet-powered drone while it was packed with people and families. They killed at least 3, a baby and two women, and injured at least 14 more.

Hard-On for Putin, Tough on Ukraine Look at the graphic above and read down each column. On the left is how the Trump administration has treated Vladimir Putin, the man who launched the largest war in Europe since 1945. On the right is how it has treated Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the duly-elected leader of the democratic country Putin invaded. Hold the two side by side and the pattern is obvious. The aggressor gets stroked. The victim gets ultimatums and threats. This week highlights the pattern. Trump strokes villainy and abuses our allies. https://t.co/HmQRA1SXmR

Since the American President announced the energy ceasefire a week ago, Russia has deliberately attacked Ukraine’s energy and oil and gas sectors 76 times. Last night alone, there were strikes on substations in the Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, and Odesa regions. Tens of thousands of families remain without power. Energy workers and repair crews are working virtually around the clock to restore electricity supply. Overnight, the Russians also struck residential buildings in our regions. As of now, 12 people have been reported injured, including two children. Two people have been killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. This morning, there was a strike on an agricultural enterprise in Volyn. All necessary services are working at the site. In total, over this past week, the Russians have attacked Ukraine with almost 2,700 attack drones, 1,700 aerial bombs, and 66 missiles, most of them ballistic. The main targets of these strikes are energy facilities – the Russians are trying to cause a blackout. And America should see that Russia is not taking any reciprocal steps in response to sanctions relief or agreements. On the contrary, they take every signal of an opportunity to make money as proof that their bet on war is paying off and they can keep fighting. It is because of this position of Russia’s that the war continues, not because Ukraine is rightfully defending itself. It is Russia that must face pressure for peace to have a chance. Thank you to everyone who understands this and helps.

Trump: "My decision on Russia is a very simple one. I am in the process of negotiating Peace in the war between Russia and Ukraine, and don’t want to do anything that will drive, foolishly, Russia away from the bargaining table. Great progress is being made, and that includes current hostage negotiations! Signing that document at this time will do that, and I can sign it later, or any time that I want! Perhaps more importantly, Russia is doing very little, if anything, to help the Islamic Republic of Iran, compared to what they could be doing, and I want to keep it that way, and will, unless stupid people get in the way. Lastly, Zelenskyy is using Diesel Refineries in Russia as a target, knowing that these attacks are seriously hurting the world diesel markets, including those in the United States. Farmers, ranchers, and businesses of all kinds are suffering greatly from this, but Russia is, nevertheless, sending, at a low price, millions of barrels of diesel to the World. Zelenskyy doesn’t care, and frankly, with all of the money that Europe is famously giving him, and that Crooked Joe Biden gave him in the past, he doesn’t want to end this war, and probably never did. He could have made a better deal two years ago than he can now. His country is in shambles, a large portion of his land is lost, his oceans and seas are gone, and his male population is low, wounded, and/or dead. I WANT THIS WAR END! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP"
