This morning, Israeli forces opened fire on a civilian car claiming they “suspected danger.” As a result, a Palestinian family was eliminated, in the town of #Tamoun, #Tubas, occupied #WestBank.
In the Video ⬇️ The vehicle was riddled with bullets while the world is consumed with headlines about #Trump and #Iran…Palestinians continue to suffer heinous military occupation.
Inside the car was the Bani Odeh family. 4 members of the family were killed:
• Ali Khaled Sayel Bani Odeh (37yrs)— Father, shot in the head, face, chest, and left hand.
• Waad Othman Aql Bani Odeh (35yrs)— Mother, shot in the face and head.
• Mohammad Ali Khaled Bani Odeh (5 yrs)— shot in the face & head.
• Othman Ali Khaled Bani Odeh (7 yrs)— shot in the face & head.
In the photo, Two of their sons survived — 9 and 12 years old. Today they are the ones recounting what happened. One of the boys described how soldiers pulled him from the car, searched him, and began questioning him.
In the Video👇The child asked one of the soldiers:
“Do you love your Mother & Father?
The soldier said yes.
The boy then asked:
“Then why did you kill my Mother and Father?”
Instead of answering, the soldier struck the child across the face.
Israeli forces opened fire on a car carrying the Bani Odeh family, killing the father, mother, and two young children, while two other children survived with injuries. The crime happened in Ramadan, just days before Eid. The family had reportedly been on their way to buy Eid clothes when their vehicle came under heavy gunfire, and emergency teams said they were initially prevented from reaching the car. And yet we still hear the accusation that Palestinians teach their children hate 🤷🏽♀️
