Animations using `transform` and `opacity` don't cause layout shifts at all. They run on the compositor thread and skip layout recalculations entirely.
If something moves on your page after load, make sure it's transform-based. One of the fastest CLS fixes I recommend.

"Discovered – currently not indexed" and "Crawled – currently not indexed" in Search Console aren't the same thing. Discovered means Google knows the URL exists but hasn't even bothered to fetch it.
That's a crawl budget problem. Google is choosing to spend its time elsewhere on your site.
Fix it by improving internal linking to those pages. More internal links typically means higher crawl priority.
One High-Quality Link Is Better Than 100 Low-Quality Links.
