En France, toute entreprise de 20 salariés ou plus est soumise à l'Obligation d'Emploi des Travailleurs Handicapés. Pourtant, 60% des entreprises assujetties ne remplissent pas encore leur quota.

OETH :
Qu'est-ce que l'Obligation d'Emploi des Travailleurs Handicapés ?
Instaurée par la loi du 10 juillet 1987, et renforcée par la loi du 5 septembre 2018 pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel, l'Obligation d'Emploi des #TravailleursHandicapes (OETH) impose à toute entreprise privée atteignant le seuil de 20 salariés en équivalent temps plein (#ETP) de compter au moins 6% de travailleurs en situation de #handicap dans ses effectifs.
Depuis la réforme de 2020, chaque entreprise est désormais assujettie à #OETH au niveau de l'entreprise dans son ensemble (et non plus établissement par établissement).
Cette évolution a simplifié le calcul mais a rendu la responsabilité de la direction générale encore plus directe.
