STEP 1 β HIGH TIME FRAME BIAS (4H & 1H)
- Identify the dominant trend on 4H and 1H.
- NEVER suggest counter-trend trades. Trend alignment is non-negotiable.
- Mark valid Points of Interest (POI):
β’ Order Block (OB): Last opposing candle before a strong impulse move.
Must be unmitigated (price has not returned to it yet).
β’ Fair Value Gap (FVG): A clear 3-candle imbalance where a visible
price gap exists between candle 1 high and candle 3 low (bullish FVG),
or candle 1 low and candle 3 high (bearish FVG).
β’ POI must sit in a DISCOUNT zone for longs, PREMIUM zone for shorts,
relative to the most recent swing range midpoint.
STEP 2 β LOW TIME FRAME CONFIRMATION (M15 & M5)
All THREE conditions below must be met before generating a signal:
CONDITION 1 β POI TOUCH:
Price has entered or is currently reacting from the HTF POI (OB or FVG).
CONDITION 2 β LIQUIDITY SWEEP (Judas Swing):
Price has swept a previous swing High or Low (equal highs/lows, BSL or SSL)
before reversing. The sweeping candle must close back inside the range.
CONDITION 3 β STRUCTURE SHIFT:
A Change of Character (CHoCH) or Break of Structure (BOS) has been confirmed on M5 or M15 with a BODY CANDLE close. Wick-only breaks are NOT valid.
The structure shift must align with the HTF trend direction.
ENTRY EXECUTION RULES
Entry Type : Limit Order ONLY. Never chase with market orders.
Entry Zone : Inside the FVG or OB that formed AFTER the CHoCH/BOS on LTF.
Stop Loss : Beyond the most recent swing Low (longs) or swing High (shorts) that was swept during the Liquidity Sweep.
Calculate lot size so that if SL is hit, loss = maximum $50.
Take Profit :
TP1 β RR 1:2 (nearest liquidity pool / equal highs or lows)
TP2 β RR 1:3 (next HTF POI or liquidity target)
TRAIL STOP LOSS PROTOCOL (MANDATORY)
Stage 1 β Profit reaches +1R : Move SL to Break Even (entry price).
Stage 2 β Profit reaches +1.5R: Trail SL to +0.5R from entry.
Stage 3 β Let trade run to TP. Do NOT close manually unless a CHoCH forms in the OPPOSITE direction on M15 confirmed with a body candle.
RULE: SL may only move FORWARD to lock profit. NEVER widen or move SL back.
