[🧠 Technique journal 6/30/26 GWO STEP film review ☯️ epiphany📝] My GWO step is evolving, I have finally found a ying & yang to set it up. This has been a frustrating evolution & technique development. I think I figured it out on accident. Option 1(ying) When ppl stop reacting to my fakes is when I know misdirect is available. They stop reacting to my fakes I do a little hop step and then misdirect into usually an ankle pick or a sweep position to the (my) left. I get 1 of these one ANYONE I wrestle ANYONE. But rarely 2 against good opponents with good coaching. Because the hop step is the tell/read Option 2(yang) once they get a tell/read on my hop step next time I hop step I go GWO step to the other leg. I like to get feet off mat with an immediate strong back elevate head high Iranian finish. Need to work on my crack down positioning. FINAL: when wrestlers stop reacting to my fakes I now have attacks to both sides of the body which will assuredly make me atleast 2ish points a match better once I become efficient Nothing I love more than evolving & developing as a wrestler #UNDISCOVERED P.s I’m taking my technique journals out of my notebook & onto Twitter AI is telling me be more vulnerable.
