Really excited to celebrate with the team from Palm Valley Gold Coast today, as they launched their new amazing #wavepark and #golf resort.
It’s going to be a world leading facility for surfers and golfers and is backed by world champion Mick Fanning. The project is a $300m investment of confidence in our city and will result in the creation of 270 jobs.
Sports events in our city’s economy during 2023 generated an impressive $1.08B revenue in gross value added (GVA) which is an increase of 11% on the previous year.
Palm Valley will be an awesome addition to our economy and community. Well done to Luke and his team.
