Tomorrow’s Africa will be built by our collective efforts. Today, in the beautiful city of Addis Ababa, we are proud to host the Third Africa Jobs Creation Forum — a key gathering to shape a more inclusive and prosperous future. Africa is a continent full of youth and dreams. Our young people are not a burden. They are our strength. They are our promise. They represent the potential for growth and transformation. Ethiopia stands for that promise. We believe in Pan African unity and in the African Continental Free Trade Area as a pathway to shared progress. Through our home grown economic reforms and Ten Year Plan, we are building a skilled workforce, empowering young people, advancing clean energy, modernizing agriculture, and developing Integrated Agro Industrial Parks. We are also implementing the Digital Ethiopia strategy and strengthening national capacity to be climate resilient, inclusive, and ready for the future. With the Green Legacy Initiative, we are planting more than 40 billion trees — not just trees, but jobs and pride. Planted by the hands of both young and old. The Third Africa Jobs Creation Forum is where we go beyond vision. It is where we turn plans into action, and action into lasting impact for skills development and shared prosperity across Africa. Let it be African. Let it be global. Let it be ours. Let us move from vision to action. Let us move forward together — with unity, with courage, with hope. Let us give our young people the future they deserve.
