I am extremely disappointed with the way my Amazon order has been handled. I placed an order for a Sony PlayStation 5 Gaming Console on 5 September 2026, with a total amount of ₹69,995, which is a very large amount of money for me. The order has been showing “Out for Delivery / On the way, but running late”, but despite this, the product has still not been delivered.
The most frustrating part is that this issue has now continued for three consecutive days 16th, 17th and 18th September. Every day I contact Amazon Customer Support, I am told the same thing: “Please wait, it will be delivered,” or that an investigation team will look into the issue. I have been hearing the same response for three days, but absolutely no meaningful action has been taken.
I have also tried contacting the delivery agent, but the delivery agent is not answering my calls. If the delivery agent cannot be contacted, I do not understand how Amazon expects me to get any proper information about where my ₹70,000 product actually is.
What is even more concerning is that Amazon’s own customer support agents are repeatedly telling me that they have no information and cannot do anything. I have been asked to simply wait for three days while the investigation team supposedly handles the matter, yet there has been no proper update, resolution, or concrete information about the location of my package.
On some calls, instead of properly addressing the issue, the support interaction has been ended/cut off while I am still trying to explain the situation. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when the order value is nearly ₹70,000.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want Amazon to locate my package, provide me with a clear and accurate status, and either ensure immediate delivery or provide an appropriate resolution if the package cannot be delivered. I should not have to repeatedly contact customer support for three days and receive nothing more than “please wait.”
This is a high value order, and I am genuinely concerned about the safety and whereabouts of the product. I request Amazon to escalate this matter to a senior officer immediately, investigate the delivery agent and shipment status, and provide me with a specific resolution rather than another generic assurance to wait.
