#AskGCNTraining Hi guys, in February I'm cycling in a 24 hour velodrome relay race in a team of 6 for charity. We'll be doing 20mins on, 20 off, 20 on again then 3 hours rest. Ideally these are at threshold, but any advice on how to train for the 12 efforts in 24hrs!? Thanks
