OK, last update for our #AstroHackWeek hack, I promise! I fixed some footprint display issues for K2 and similar missions. The data was matching before, but now the Bokeh plots look nice. Yay! ๐

For tech, we used astroquery and pyVO to query MAST and the JPL Horizons service. Also astropy regions for some footprint calculations. And we used Bokeh and Holoviz Panel for the UI. We built it in a Jupyter notebook and deployed to binder and Heroku. #AstroHackWeek (4/4)

For #astrohackweek I started every day with a slide that participants could doodle on while waiting for the meeting to start. โ๏ธ
I am delighted to report that they'll now doodle on whatever slide I put in front of them for longer than a minute or so! ๐คฉ
It's 6am my timezone. The last #AstroHackWeek day starts in 4 hours but I can't sleep anymore. I'm just too excited to work on some finishing touches and bug fixes on our hack! :D
Staying up late and learning an entirely new language 3 days straight, just to get an image of a yawning cat.....

For an #AstroHackWeek hack project we wonder whether the entries for the John Hunter plotting contest are public somewhere? We found the winning entries, but I recall seeing all the submissions a few years ago. @munkium I'm certain you know the answer :)
