@BACommunityChat ...but having said that I once worked for one Financial Services firm where we deliberately recruited from others as well (e.g. retail) to get diversity of experience. I was a real fan of that decision #BACommunityChat

@BACommunityChat A5. Easier said than done, but focus on transferrable skills and the stuff you can bring in. E.g. have agile experience in an organisation that's transitioning? Use that as a selling point! Digital transformation? The same!

@BACommunityChat A4. That's tricky. I think networking is so important, but it's like a field of crops: you have to plant them and care throughout the seasons. You can't go to an empty, neglected field and expect food just because it's raining. Same with a network...
