Rockstar Dada CM Himanta Biswa Sarma gave an open challenge to Rahul Gandhi and Congress! Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Monday that he was ready to contest elections using ballot papers if the Congress governments in Kerala, Karnataka, and Telangana resigned. He claimed that these governments were also formed through alleged "vote theft" during the tenure of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Addressing a press conference in Guwahati, he targeted opposition leader Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists and their campaign against alleged vote theft. Sarma said, "If Rahul Gandhi and the Congress are ready to resign their governments, I am ready to contest elections using ballot papers. The governments of Kerala, Karnataka, Jharkhand, and Telangana should resign because these governments were also formed through "vote theft" during Gyanesh Kumar's tenure."
