With the completion of the edit on the above story, I'm finished with #TheTwoReturns sub-cycle of the Black Fairy collection. Great. My villain, Albert Gein, is the opposite of everything I'd like to be. I'm glad to leave him behind.

I'm close to the end of the editing of #TheTwoReturns. Editing is always more exhaustive than writing, but that's 4 novels & a novella written since May. My villain sickens me, so I must have written him well.

Am in the tail end of the editing process. Which is good. My villain, #AlbertGein, is the worst idea I ever had. I've wondered many times as I wrote #TheTwoReturns,if other authors of horror had been so ill at ease over their characters.

Nearing the end of the editing process. Close enough were I've begun outlining the next story, #TheBlackFairy version of #HPLovecraft's character #TheMadArab. Will be working with @GhostMoon20 on this one, he's providing the prose.

While I made significant progress in editing #BeforeHeReturned, I built on the meagre outline on #AbdulAlhazred's #BlackFairy story. It will lean on #HPLovecraft & even more on #RobertBloch's #mythos tales. It will be the best #novella so far.

A little bogged down in the edit by writing new scenes. Hopefully to make #AlbertGein a more believable character. Also, all #TheBlackFairy stories have interrelated details between them & I've been binding them together.

Zooming through this edit, thankfully. I love #TheTwoReturns,but I am ready to exist in a new universe. #AlbertGein is the darkest thought I've ever had. He's warping my mind & disturbing my spirit. I can't wait to leave him behind.

Seventy-eight pages into the edit. It is this stage of the writing process that adds that artistic flair, to take the "pretty good" 1st draft to the "powerfully amazing" final. draft. This story is so much better than I imagined.

The edit process in this story is moving at a pretty quick rate. When editing the first of #TheTwoReturns, I added 31 pages worth of new material. I expect this edit to do the same as I flush details of the 2 to match one another.

Editing the 2nd novel in #TheTwoReturns novels & made it through 18 pages yesterday. I hope to finish it rather quickly & then move on to the next tale, #TheMadArab. It is a revision of #HPLovecraft's character & his history.

I have been writing #TheTwoReturns, the title above along with #BeforeHeReturned, since mid-June. The writing of both novellas ended the 9th & finally I'm done editing When He Returns. Done! Now to begin editing the next one.

The edit on this #novella is going quickly. I'm 75% done. Next I'll begin the edit of the follow up, #BeforeHeReturned. I realized today I've written 2 novella's & the #novel #LostInMurkyDepths in 3 1/2 months. 556 pages, 148K words.
