Not delay..it can happen for multiple reasons..attitude of the company percolated amongst staff is the problem @IndiGo6E
6E6318 was supposed to take off at 14.45PM. The boarding starts at 14.50PM ..still Indigo standard time continues. The staff has been misinforming for 40 minutes that boarding will start in 10 minutes. Every time take passengers for granted. Pathetic! @IndiGo6E #boycottindigo

Booked an XL seat on @IndiGo6E. They swapped aircraft, downgraded my seat to standard, and their customer care agent spent 34 minutes gaslighting me, claiming the aircraft wasn't changed and demanding I pay extra to fix their mistake. #boycottindigo

Besides some random call by a social media person, @IndiGo6E will not take any action on this... @DGCAIndia @AAI_Official you should take this seriously. The gate manager was treating the passengers like herd, with arrogant approach talking imp of even 2 minutes. Then kept us waiting in the buses for an hour, then trauma of returning to arrival, then security check, no information, not even a glass of water, when asked half cooked food. Need some action and compensation for all the passengers for inconvenience and trauma. #boycottindigo

The staff gave us options for alternate flight only after inquiring. After 2 hrs they said, flight is good to go. @IndiGo6E you are getting from bad to worse. No apology, no compensation..nothing. pathetic. Just wind up the operations, don't take customers for granted.
In the name of refreshment, half cooked thrice was provided. Entire staff was irresponsible & rude in this behavior, showing that this must be their daily routine. Some action must be taken against @IndiGo6E
