Do you ever run trains on time or without cancellations?
Another day of hassle trying to get into London ! 😳
#useless #bringbackvirgin #delays #trainsintolondon
@AvantiWestCoast my train home from EUS - HHD was cancelled last weekend, and now my return journey from HHD - EUS is cancelled this week?! Here was me thinking you ran a train company? 🤦♂️ #bringbackvirgin #avantiwestcoast #northwales #shambolic
…and again today 0530 train is on time it said. Arrive station 0550…sorry due to lack of staff we have cancelled 6am train to London. Wait one hour. It’s too common this. #Bringbackvirgin @LindsayHoyle_MP #Preston
Another shocker from @AvantiWestCoast as I arrive at #Preston station for my 6am train to London and at 0550hrs, you announce it’s cancelled as you’ve got a staffing issue 😳 🤦🏽 it’s game over for you guys, bring back @Virgin #trains, politely you’re time is over now #GiveItUp
Another ruined day as @AvantiWestCoast cannot run a train service. 07:07 to Liverpool cancelled. Basics of running a train service: have a driver and crew. You get to keep your bottom spot for UK train services. You must be proud #bringbackvirgin #notoavantiwestcoast
@AvantiWestCoast @Doesntm79214958 How soon Pete?
Its Avanti deciding their timetable after all, its just over a week away if you can't plan that far ahead shouldn't be running the service at all 🤬 #BringBackVirgin
@AndyBurnhamGM Terrible service, expensive and very few trains- they don’t deserve to run this service! #bringbackvirgin
Having to drive to London again tomorrow as I cant trust AVANTI to get me there and get me home @BBCRadio2 #bringbackVirgin
Strip them off the service now....
#BringBackVirgin
Congratulations @AvantiWestCoast you have finally released train tickets for 12 Nov, 8 days before we were due to travel to London, 20 of us have match tickets for the Leeds game and you are asking us to pay £125 each as there are no advance tickets, shame on you 😡😡
@AvantiWestCoast Monday morning and you can’t get your trains from the West Midlands to London - bunch of amateurs #bringbackvirgin @RMTunion stop holding working people to ransom - we don’t get paid as much as your members and need to live!
@elartpro @AvantiWestCoast @TravelodgeUK Oh what on Earth, why did the government renew the franchise for that shower. I am yet to take a journey on the west coast main line that these clowns have not messed up. #BringBackVirgin or better yet #NationaliseRail
@AvantiWestCoast Seems to me you are doing a great job at doing yourselves out of a franchise as passengers now constantly having to find alternatives for affordable advance travel plans so soon there’ll be no need for a West Coast service at all 👀 #AvantiShambles #BringBackVirgin #WestCoastRail
@MayorofLondon @MayorofGM Bit late to the Party President Khan …..giving the contract to @AvantiWestCoast was the downfall of the west coast …….yes nobody is perfect but @VirginTrains were quality …..instead of tweeting about Avanti do something constructive about it #vigintrains #bringbackvirgin
@AvantiWestCoast You really are a shambles of a company. Hopefully you’ll lose the contract very soon. #bringbackvirgin
@AvantiWestCoast I think you should suspend your feedback function for a while until you have positive news for customers, or trains that arrive on time. #bringbackvirgin
@AvantiWestCoast having a whip round to buy you a new book of excuses as you have worn the old one out - yet another delay repay claim - can I have auto fill on the application process please #bringbackvirgin
@AvantiWestCoast you’re rubbish! Missed my connection cause you lot! Not been on a train, which has been time yet and I use them frequently #bringbackvirgin
