In the video, a heavily intoxicated Russian woman named Elya admits she's been touching (meaning beating) a Ukrainian girl that she adopted from Mariupol โfor as long as the war has been going onโ.
The video with her confession was published on July 28 on the TG channel โK-Inform Surgutโ with the following comment:
โA certain lady, sitting on social networks with signs of intoxication, tells everyone that she adopted a girl from Mariupol and regularly beats her. Judging by her story, she openly hates her and starts fights with her. I ask the guardianship service to respond and take action. Thank you in advance."
In the video, Elya gives the person she's talking to her address. Itโs 5 Lenin Street in Surgut.
