Most fractures are readily seen on ultrasound... if you look Eyes - I still find scaphoid fractures really hard to pick! Here is a nice case from today #caseadayMSK

When a patient presents with 'neuroma' type symptoms in multiple webspaces - always suspect a more proximal cause. In this case a gelatinous subtalar ganglion encroaching into the tarsal tunnel. #caseadayMSK #MSKrad #MSKUS

Shoulder Geode - not to be mistaken for an erosion. Erosions occur at the tendon or capsular enthesis, where as geodes occur just on the articular side of the capsular insertion. Common under posterior infraspinatus - this anterior supraspinatus location - uncommon. #CaseadayMSK
