41 years of the #AssamAccord. 41 years of betrayal. BJP used Assam’s pain for votes, then abandoned its promises in power. #Clause6 remains unimplemented, illegal immigration remains unresolved, and the NRC’s future remains unclear. Assam wants answers—not BJP’s empty promises.

The VIC CoP and Regs have experienced a “long and mysterious delay”…. Very diplomatic @SafetyOz. What was drafted needed the best part of shredding and redoing after the WC Scheme changes made them about 40% irrelevant. That would take the wind out of most sails. #Clause6

In a broader metaphorical sense, a "merry-go-round" refers to something that involves repetitive or circular motion, often symbolizing an endless cycle of activity without progress, like being stuck in a loop of recurring events or tasks. #Assam #Clause6

Why only Aadhar? Except health, which is a basic right to life, all other areas in govt eg job application, trade license, school admission, contractor & labour registration etc should make NRC application number compulsory. This will force illegal immigrants to leave. #Clause6

This Gentleman did nothing to protect locals & indigenous & tribal communities in Assam-of the state where he is CM. And now he is promising to implement these in another state where his party is in opposition. Jharkhand people should read about BJP's promises to Assam voters.

To implement this law, he will have no problem deciding who is an Assamese. Only for implementing #Clause6 there's problem in determining who is an Assamese. 🍌

Astounding level of illiteracy in my state. Assamese people have been watching repeat telecast of the same drama for over 4 decades from front rows, and still can not identify the real villains. We need protective legislations for our security, not bhelkibaazi. #Clause6
