📢 #COLG — AT A MAKE-OR-BREAK ZONE
CMP: 1,194.50
COLG has been under correction for the past two months and is now testing the lower boundary of its falling wedge around 1,180–1,195.
The broader Cup & Handle structure remains intact, but the stock needs to reclaim 1,210–1,220 to show early signs of reversal.
A sustained breakout from the falling wedge can bring momentum back, while a closing below 1,170 may weaken the overall structure.
For now, it is sitting at an interesting make-or-break zone.

ROIC gets a lot of attention, but context matters.
High ROIC businesses only create truly exceptional long-term compounding when they also have a long reinvestment runway.
That is the missing distinction.
Companies like #UPFL, #PAKT, #COLG, #NESTLE and #LOTCHEM have exceptional ROIC. These are high-quality, efficient businesses.
But most of them do not have a long runway to reinvest large amounts of capital at those same high returns. They are already close to their TAM, and growth is largely coming from price increases rather than meaningful capacity expansion.
A high ROIC business with no reinvestment runway is still a great business, but it is not necessarily an exponential compounder.
It usually becomes a cash-generative, mature business with strong margins, generous payout ratios and decent dividends.
The real magic happens when high ROIC meets long runway.
That is where compounding becomes explosive.
