So Co aim to add more n more agents n products without much need of capitalization and continue to working on an assets light model All the Subsidiary Cos are profitable except Payworld which will turnaround in next few months. Management Outlook and Guidance: Co has grown tremendously over last 2 yrs and anticipate to grow at same pace over next few yrs and Co can sustain 100% PAT growth YoY PAT: FY23- 5cr FY24- 10cr FY25- 20cr Mgmt sees scope in the margins going up further ahead 12 new products will be launched very very soon and will help in maintain previous growth rate More the no of products and more the no of sahayaks will help them to increase gross profits as well Every Co inside RNFI are Technology based so Co is heavily investing in Technology part Merchants needs to deposit some amount in Co shown in Current Liabilities Forex Business Authorized dealer to Licence- Expecting very soon from RBI so as to get into remittances which is a very lucrative business. Once they recd that they will properly kick off co having forex business which is low margins business.
