Completely agree. Getting the recommendations are just a start. Once the recommendations are made the real work and advocacy begin to get meaningful & sustainable change for kids. #DevonFreeman

There are lots of calls for inquiries when child tragedies happen. I hope those calling for them get the answers they deserve and I really, really hope the recommendations finally get implemented. I have literally lost count of the inquiry recommendations that are not honoured.
