Too often in #Edutwitter circles it seems about two opposing camps. When someone gives you a narrow lens of two choices only (e.g. jam or cream first...) Make your own informed choice 😃 #TipOfTheWeek #SconeFace #DevonMethod #CornishMethod #YourMethod

A supermarket in Cornwall has apologised for displaying a picture of an ‘‘incorrectly” arranged scone with the cream on first. By 61% to 21% the British public are clear it should be done the "Cornish" way: jam first, and *then* the cream on top https://t.co/SRltb4GWKz
