私は有料会員として、Weverseの健全な利用を心がけております。
しかし、ガイドラインに違反していないにもかかわらず、悪意ある通報によって真面目に活動している多くのユーザーが不当に制限され、ファンレターを送れない状況が発生しております。
これは、規約を誠実に守る利用者にとって著しく不公平であり、またアーティストとの健全な交流を妨げる深刻な問題です。
つきましては、「悪意ある通報による不当な制限」を防ぐために、通報や制限に関わるアルゴリズムおよびシステムの改善を強く要望いたします。
あわせて、誤認・誤検知による制限が発生した場合には、サポート担当者による目視確認（個別審査）を速やかに実施のうえ、問題が認められないアカウントについては手動で解除いただける運用体制の整備も強く希望いたします。

Thank you for your continued efforts in managing Weverse.
As a paid member, great care is taken to use the platform in accordance with the guidelines. However, despite compliance with the rules, many sincere users are being unfairly restricted and prevented from sending fan letters due to malicious reports.
This situation is extremely unfair to rule-abiding users and seriously hinders healthy communication between artists and fans.
Therefore, improvements to the algorithms and systems related to reporting and restrictions are strongly requested to prevent unjust limitations caused by malicious reports. In addition, when restrictions arise from misidentification or false-positive detection, we respectfully request prompt manual verification by support staff (case-by-case review) and, where no violation is found, immediate lifting of the restriction. We also ask that a stable operational framework be established to ensure this process.
We sincerely hope that a safe and fair environment will be promptly ensured so that all fans can support their artists with peace of mind.
