An appeal to all my friends on Twitter who have had issues with refunds, if any with @amazonIN @AmazonHelp to share it with me on [email protected]. Three months is a long time for a refund. I smell something wrong in these refund delays. #DoNotTrustAmazon

#DoNotTrustAmazon I have a question @avinrama since you head policy for India for @amazonIN. My refund was promised November, claimed to have been processed. I have been asked repeatedly to do some complaint procedures but no refund. Is this a racket to hold onto money?

I will make all communications and details public #DoNotTrustAmazon of all emails, forms sent, details from the bank of no refund. So that everyone in India and globally knows your service standards.

#DoNotTrustAmazon Since Nov 11th, I have been waiting for a refund of Rs 4,655 rupees. I am been tweeting to them, then writing on links sent to me by them, but they bring me back to square one, ask me to check with my bank. Bank says no refund. @amazonIN @AmazonHelp
