Long Cövid severity is different in every patient.... But grinding your neurones to a pulp is best avoided.

And just a reminder, #DrHenry wouldn’t instate masks initially in 2020. It was Solicitor General, Mike Farnworth, who overrode the PHO…the rest is history…🙄
Three yrs ago, Dr. Henry actually mandated that “face coverings” were necessary to prevent C19 transmission, including in school staff & students.
Because C19 can be propelled indoors over “significant distances.”

So while prior infections did, at one point, have a protective effect against further SARS-Cov-2 infection, that hasn't been true since the beginning of the Omicron wave. The mutations just escape the immune system too well.
