Today is #ERecsDay! #ElectronicRecordsDay raises awareness about the crucial role electronic records play in our world. It can be easy to assume that digital records are inherently #preserved, but the opposite is true. Preservation, rescanning and discoverability are the major tentpoles of what we do at the State #Archives.
• Our digitization efforts provide access to and preserve original records.
• We preserve the bits and bytes of electronic records.
• We build authenticity and trust by making our records easily available.
Many holdings are available in the National Archives Catalog at https://t.co/B4RmGIb3pG for the public to explore online or download the full data files.
