Market previously worried that older GPUs would quickly become obsolete (like old iPhones) and that rental revenues would be unpredictable.
That fear is now busted. Older GPUs are seeing massive demand, with customers eagerly locking them in for 1, 2, or 3-year rental contracts.
The A100 proof point: CoreWeave recently signed a contract for Nvidia A100s (a chip introduced back in 2020) that extends all the way into 2029 at attractive pricing.
This proves that installed, older-generation compute remains a scarce, highly valuable asset that will generate predictable, long-term rental income for years to come.

The only worse thing that can happen from here is it fails to execute and collapses as a company.

So either ways it's a better trade than #esds, a lot more upside if things go well.

#SharonAI 64000 GPUs by mid 2027 gives them a revenue arr potential of 2B usd at $4/hr/GPU.
Let's give it a conservative 5x Sales multiples, then it's a 10B Enterprise value
And they trade at 1.3B market cap with 54% possible dilution and 1B debt
The share price can still go 4-5x if execution holds.
And if we start valuing it like ESDS and E2E then prices could go up 15-20x :)
