Today we discussed many IP topics such as spin-offs and academic licensing, tips and tricks regarding submitting evidence in trade mark appeal proceedings, practical issues for the new generations of IP lawyers, IP in the restaurant industry, EU case law developments. #ECTA40

The first day of the #ECTA40 Annual Conference, dedicated to Supervisory Board and Committee meetings, has just concluded with a welcome reception at the Langelinie Pavillonen.
Tomorrow we will further ‘Design the Future’ with high-level educational sessions and great speakers.
ECTA Supervisory Board is currently meeting with the Board of Directors and discussing strategic and structural aspects of our Association.
